User Generated Content and License7.1 Definition of UGC.User Generated Content (“UGC”) means any content, including text, images (photos of sneakers), data, and files, that you upload, post, or transmit through the Service.7.2 Content Rights and Responsibility.You retain all ownership rights in your UGC. However, you are solely responsible for your UGC, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By uploading UGC, you confirm that:You are the creator and owner of the UGC, or you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use your UGC as necessary to operate the Service.Your UGC does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.7.3 Grant of License to Sneaker Swap Ltd.By submitting UGC, you grant Sneaker Swap Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, display, run, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your UGC in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This license lasts for as long as your UGC is hosted on the Service.8. Intellectual Property* The app, website, and all content (excluding user content) belong to Sneaker Swap Ltd.
* You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.9. PrivacyOur use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.10. TerminationWe may suspend or permanently remove your account if:* You breach these Terms.
